Special & Corporate Order FAQ
• Can I customize my confection decoration? Yes! But not endlessley. We are able to allow you to choose a custom color scheme for your custom confections order. However, our design style is always abstract and we do not do specific shapes, pictures, letters, etc.
• Can I customize my chocolate bar order? We do not have the capacity to print custom labels, but we do have some customization options for chocolate bars and tasting tiles. Fill out the form above for more details!
• Do you offer a bulk discount? We only offer bulk pricing on chocolate bar orders, not on confections or tasting tiles. We make everything by hand on small margins, so the bars are the only item we are able to offer a discounted pricing on.
• Do you ship? Yes! We are happy to ship your order or you are welcome to pick it up. We ship FedEx 2-Day Express and the cost ranges from $10 - $16.50 per address depending on the size of the shipping box that we use. We will cold pack shipments during the summer months (or when the ship to or from location is warmer than 70 degrees).
• Do you gift wrap? We have designed our packaging to always feel like a gift, whether it's for yourself or someone else. If you'd like to bundle together a few items, we offer gift boxes for $2 each to wrap them up together nicely.
